Today we are working on…

Today, Here LA is working to determine the locations for Mobility Hubs throughout Northeast LA, South Pasadena, Alhambra, and CalState LA As part of our ongoing project with Alta Planning + Design. Mobility Hubs in these locations will help reduce congestion and will provide alternative modes of transportation for people without vehicle access, giving people options when it comes to getting around.

The team proposed an initial set of Mobility Hub locations around transit stops with high bus and rail ridership, near regional parks, recreation centers, high schools, civic centers, medical centers, development projects, public housing, in addition to key destinations that are not currently served by transit.

We are now working on a needs analysis that will identify areas of high need within the study area, based on equity and demand indicators and guided by community input. Keep your eyes out for final recommendations later this year!
