Planning for Future Mobility in the San Gabriel Valley

Here LA has wrapped up our work on a Mobility Action Plan for the County of Los Angeles.

As part of our work, we envisioned a series of corridor improvements that the County could apply typologically as many of the streets in the Valley face the same challenges. 

We introduced bike boulevards and protected bike facilities, with a major green overhaul - adding trees and landscaping to provide some respite from the heat. 

In addition to our design recommendations, we had a blast installing some guerilla marketing stencils we designed, to raise awareness about the Plan, at key community hubs like parks and community centers.
