HERE designers prepared conceptual site designs to investigate the development potential for two 20+ acre sites along the Central CA coast.

Proposed concepts integrated residential, commercial, and creative flex space that are scaled to complement the exiting landscape. Each concept was organized around a central green or programmed moment, with a clear network of streets.
