Artful pilot project coming to Long Beach!

This Saturday, Here LA, in partnership with the City of Long Beach and with the help of local high-school students from Jordan High (Go Panthers! Woot!), will be installing a temporary corner sidewalk bulb-out and an art installation on a nearby park fence. We are using community-inspired designs and colors from the UPLAN Project we’ve been working on for the past year or so. The temporary installations celebrate the project and the street improvements designed as part of it, as we near the end of the planning effort.

The installation will be adjacent to Ramona Park on Indiana Ave. Come and check it out! Want to volunteer to help us install? Reach out at hello@here.la.
